The cabin is beautiful, very comfortable, great location and perfect for a relax time. Amanda and her husband are very helpful and friendly. We will recommend it for sure!!

We very much enjoyed our stay the house is very clean and spacious. Not to mention the views are gorgeous! The owners are very helpful and welcoming. The drive to downtown Helen is not bad at all and there is plenty to see, eat, and do around.

The property was amazing. The main level is great for cooking, eating, and hanging out. There's lots of indoor and patio seating with great views of the river below. You can even hear the river rapids from the house. We also enjoyed the pool table in the basement with the walkout patio to the hot tub. The bedrooms are very private as well. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner here and had all the pots, pans, utensils, dishes, etc. we needed to prepare a feast. We explored Helen, GA, hiked Yonah Mountain, and visited a number of the wineries in North Georgia. We had a blast here and can't wait to bring the family back!

My family and I have rented several houses over the years for our small family get togethers and holiday celebrations, and we have all agreed that River House has been our favorite so far! Booking was a breeze and the owners were very helpful and communicative. The house is beautiful and fits perfectly into the peaceful surroundings. All the rooms were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were like little spas fully stocked with toiletries. Everything was very clean, and the kitchen had all the cooking equipment a good chef would need. The owners even took the added effort to don the house with all sorts of Christmas decorations since they knew our family was coming there to spend our Christmas together. It was a delightful greeting! If you have the chance to stay. We all hope to be back for another visit.
